At La Polillita, some of our pieces are made-to-order, while others are hand-picked from different partners, so shipping times vary.

We provide free shipping on all of our products!

Dispatched with the first light of day — swift, breezy, and on its way.

🕊️ Pigeon Parcel Post

(5–10 business days)

Your usual smooth sail.

Our most trusted route — steady, reliable, and flown out regularly by our seasoned pigeon crew.

🏔️ Wanderer’s Route

(10-20 business days)

Takes the scenic route.

For pieces coming from further lands, as well as many of our made to order pieces — a slower pace, a wider view.

💎 Lost Treasure Route

(21+ business days)

Carried from afar.

Ships from distant partners or made to order — a little patience, a lot of magic.

      You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Some of our pieces may arrive earlier than expected; it should not take longer. Email us with any queries or problems! ✉️

      • Items in your order will likely arrive separately if fulfilled from different partners
      • We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier — but we’ll always help you track it down if needed
      • Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after it’s been processed


      ☁️Returns and Refunds☁️

      We want you to be happy with your order! That said, due to the unique nature of our products, not all items are eligible for return.
      We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return (if eligible) for the original item. 

      • Made-to-order, print-on-demand, and final sale items are non-returnable, unless the item is misprinted or defective.
      • Ready-to-ship clothing may be returned within 7 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

      If you need to start a return, please email us at lapolillita.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there!:)

      ✨ Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

      ✨ Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
