Our items are made-to-order or sourced from various locations across the globe, so shipping times vary. This is our little delivery guidebook:
- 🌞 First Light Delivery: 3–5 days
- 🕊️ Pigeon Parcel Post: 5–10 days
- 🏔️Wanderer’s Route: 10-20 days
- 💎 Lost Treasure Route: 21+ days (for made to order or long distance items)

🌙 Can I return something if it doesn’t work out?🌙
We’re happy to accept eligible returns, though customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Returns depend on the type of item:
- Made-to-order or customized items (like our printed pieces): Final sale and not eligible for return.
- Ready-to-ship items: Returnable within 7 days of delivery, as long as they’re unworn and in original condition.
If you’re unsure, check the individual product description or feel free to ask us before purchasing.

Just email us at lapolillita.co@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the steps!
Please note that not all items are eligible, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Oh no! We’re so sorry. Please email us at lapolillita.co@gmail.com with a photo and your order number within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement, refund, or some other form of magic.

Our pieces come from a mix of places:
- Some are designed by us and printed with the help of production partners.
- Some are hand-picked from global suppliers.

Sizing varies depending on the item and supplier. Each product will include a size chart or fit notes, but if you’re ever unsure, you can always message us. We’re happy to help you find your perfect fit 🕊️
🌙 Can I cancel or change my order? 🌙
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change or cancel. After that, we may have already started processing or creating your item.
